Jan 2nd to Feb 29th = $1000 a week or $150 Night/2 nt. minimum
March 1st to May 24th = $1600 a week or $300 Night/3 nt. minimum
Peak Season-Weekly ONLY-June 2nd to August 18th = $2600 weekly only
(Weekly Peak Season Rates include all taxes and cleaning fees)
Memorial Day/Labor Day Weekends--$350 with 4 nt min
August 19th to Jan. 1st = $1600 week or $300 Night/3 nt. minimum
