$1800 Weekly Only--Peek Rate includes all taxes and cleaning fees
Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekends--$300 nt with 4 nt min
Fall Season-August 19th--Jan 1st $1000 a week or $175 a night w/ 3 night minimum
*Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays require a 5 Night minimum stay $250 nt
Winter Season--Jan 2nd--Feb 28th $125 a night w/ 2 night minimum
Spring Season--March 1st--May 24th $1000 a week or $175 a night w/ 3 night minimum
