**We are offeringone of our large homes ("The Deer Pass Lodge")located by Silver Dollar City to church &/or affiliated organizations Only. The Registration Form is to be filled out by the Pastor, Minister, or Leader of the congregation. This information will not be shared with anyone. The winners will be announced by November 10th, 2011. The Get-Away Weekend will begin with your arrival on Thursday, February 21st, 2013 with late departure on Sunday, February 24th, 2013 (3 Nights). The winning organizations are responsible for the cleaning fees($250) only for the home.
We, David and Laura, have been following the Lord's guidance for many years. It has been put on our heart to offer this home to share in God's love. These homes are not ours, but the Lords! The Lord has blessed us continuely through our lives and this would not be a true blessing if it could not be shared. Many church groups have stayed with us through-out the years and have expressed the joy they experience while staying in our homes. This in turn has been a cherished blessing to us.
We would like to offer this home to you, for your dedication & sacrifice to lead people to Christ and to proclaim His truth. You bring Hope to lives and show the true selflessness of the flesh.
We will notify you by December 10th, 2012 of the winning church &/or orginization. This will give your organizations time to plan for your weekend. We believe this would be great offering to your congregation for a couple's retreat, men or women's retreat, or staff retreat. We named it the "3 R Weekend" because we know we need continued renewal, rejuvenation, and restoring in our lives. Either by relationships or for our personal one on one with God. David and I pray this will be a time for reflection with prayer and worship.
